The shelf does the job and it looks nice enough, so I’m not unhappy with it. But after a few months, it’s starting to feel a little loose, which is a bit disappointing... It’s not falling apart or anything, I just thought it would hold up better over time.

I wanted to like this, especially since it’s from Rev-A-Shelf, but it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. What arrived was basic, and the quality didn’t really match what I expected for the money. If you’re shopping around, I’d suggest comparing a few cheaper options first because you might be able to get something similar for less.

I bought this pull-out shelf hoping it would clean up my cabinet and make things easier to reach. To be fair, it does help with storage, and I can actually get to stuff in the back now, which is nice.
That said, the slide isn’t very smooth and it doesn’t seem to line up quite right. Installation was more frustrating than I expected, so just a heads up if you’re thinking this will be a quick and easy upgrade.

For the price, I really expected it to feel more solid. It technically works, but I’m not thrilled with it and I’d warn others to look around before buying this one.

I ordered this while I was trying to get a few things sorted before a busy week, and the shipping ended up being frustrating. The order was late twice, and the tracking barely worked, so I kept checking it with my coffee in the morning and still had no real idea where the package was. It did eventually show up, but the whole delivery process felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

My order showed up in a really beat-up box with almost no padding inside. One of the pieces was bent and scratched, so it felt like I was stuck with something that already looked used right out of the package. Frustrating when you pay this much and expect it to arrive in decent shape...

The shelf looks good now that it’s up, but I totally assumed it would be a quick install and it definitely wasn’t. The instructions threw me off in a couple spots, and I ended up having to redo one part. Not a huge deal, just not as simple as I expected.

I ordered from rev-a-shelf.com after checking the measurements multiple times because I really wanted to make sure it would fit. Even after all that, it didn’t fit my cabinet correctly at all. The sizing info either isn’t accurate or just isn’t explained clearly enough. I spent way too much time trying to make it work, and it still ended up looking bad. It’s really frustrating when you buy something that’s supposed to be precise and it turns into a hassle. I’d expect an apology for how misleading this felt, and I wouldn’t order again...

I tried reaching out to customer service about the warranty, but it felt like I was being ignored. I kept expecting some kind of follow-up or at least a clear answer, but nothing really went anywhere. Not sure what the point of having a warranty is if...
